I had a very intresting idea lately… what if storrage had its very own family items sorting area i mean with all the items players have in there family items arn’t exactly easy to find so it be easyer to find them in with a sort of seperate area idk if its possible but it sure would be helpfull maybe even other items could get this to but i dont think its all that important since there not hard to find not as hard as family items so this is a idea i thought of hope u guys like it. : )
Family items don’t have any sprites associated with usual items. They’re mostly recoloured or have their own sprites.
Take the usual orb sprite for example.
Compare it to Squirt-Foam
They have different colour pallets to them. Yes, they’re both blue. Although, its different shades of blue.
Not family item related, but the same thing applies.
Look at the Wooper Music item. (Forgot the name of the instrument it is based on)
Now, look at the Mystery Part.
This applies for all items, mostly.
Silks, Family items you name it.
I agree but what i dont understand is why would u say this… here i mean chipper this was a idea to better find the items… instead of going looking digging for them all over storrage thats why i posted this here… ik they are not the same… but i figure it be easy to just sort them out as family items come first or atleast get a way to auto sort items from A to Z… wich would defintly improve the storrage i think… i mean no its not rlly important but it would be a good build for it. : P

Kangaskhan only has room for your storage items. (As your character).
Items go in to how to store them. You just need to easily get items like Stick, Pebbles etc etc.
Use them as the dividers of your storage to get them organised. Like this;
Engraved Tablet
Poke (1000)
Geo Pebble (1)
Apple
Apple
Ether
Max Ether
Green Apple
Big Green Apple
Stick (1)
Prim Pebble
Hot Rock
Star Rock
etc etc.
See?
that takes up space… and for me and probely others would take a long time to sort out it be easyer with a auto sort thing… i ain’t saying that is a bad idea chipper but i am defintly sure there is other ways that can help alot better then that… but thx lol.
Use houses of your alts then. 30 items per house 3 alts, 90 items. Plus, max item pages on your main account at Master, 100 pages and 10 per page how many is that?
Family Items have part of the Pokemon’s name in it, like “Cynda-Claw”. Usually the first few letters of the name. Just search the first few letters and you can search all the items for the Pokemon, simple as that. Or you could organize your items in storage so it’s easier finding them.
not all of them. Some Rarity 2 and beyond items don’t mention the pokemon’s names. Like Buddy Rock (Wigglytuff), for example. And one I recently obtained sounds very much like a evolution item, the Dawn Rock (Chickorita).
That’s exactly my point shadria but as i said this was a general idea lol but useing houses for storeing items does kinda take awahile the environment… abit like a tropical forest or a volcano ect but ik ur trying to help chipper and red ur ideas are good ones and i like them but it could be better but if staff want to do it or not thats ok it was just a idea. : )
You could always organize your storage so all of your Family items are in one place. Or like what Chipper said you could always use an alt’s house to store your items.
