An item that allows moves to hit allies

With this morning’s introduction of surf no longer hitting allies, it does seem that it did kill some team that was based on surf hitting allies like gastrodon, lumineon, and heliolisk.

AFAIK there is currently no item that allows moves to hit allies, what if an item can be introduced so these methods are viable again.

As far as I’m aware Staff has tinkered with the idea of one and is still working on getting one to function. Don’t quote me on that though.
