Does anyone know the email to character/account support?

i tried to reset it but i’m not receiving the reset link via my email. i reinstalled the game and forgot the password.

Send a PM to Andy. Also try joining the PMU Discord and using the #support channel.
There basically Isn’t away to email staff as a whole…I swear there was a “contact” page on the forums, but I don’t know where It went.

if u still have your old client around you can right click the settings.xml or something like that file open it in notepad and the last password you used should be saved there assuming you used the save password option when you were playing :)

I can only think about the discord for the meantime however there is a #support section.
