For level 30+ fire types, doing the whole 3 dungeons that come after Winden Forest are really good, and for water types, as ArtMax said, sauna for level 20+. Though you should take a much stronger pokemon with you just in case.

Well i trained my buizel from lvl 20 to lvl 26 in sauna floors 1-23 i doesnt died i just go with 2 reviver and i passed sauna with buizel :P (i beat rhydon with a sunflora 16 using absorb and megadrain lol)
i just train at dojo its the best place to train thats were i evolved my buizeil also i evolved my charmnder there and my golduck and my yanmega and my manetric i think it is the best place to train :)
