Not surprising at all, my first Pokemon was Charmander! He was named Char as well, haha.
My first game was Pokemon Blue.
Me and my brother shared the game, so we had to choose the starter together. :3
This was in '97 or '98… I do not quite remember. I ended up leveling my pokes to lvl 100! 8D
And rare candies had nothing to do with it… ;)

Yes the first pokemon Game i’ve Ever played was indeed Pokemon stadium 2! :3 I remember when i was 4 and started playing Pokemon :D and my Brother made me a team of Espeon, Skiploom, Pichu, Skarmory, Magmar, and… Umbreon. ah good old days where i’d own my bro and his friend in MK (With my controller upside down i might add xD)
