I deleted my character and can't reuse the name

I deleted my character “Hazy” as I wanted to choose a different starter, but now I can’t use the name at all. Anyway to restore this character or name to be usable again?

Currently when a character is deleted, the character and as a result its name isn’t recycled back into the system. We recommend avoiding deleting a character just to get a different starter – many of them are obtainable in other dungeons.
