But how do you make your pokemon pop out of the banner like your banner wacko?
Lol thats nothing special he does the background uncolored they dont pop out…
Unless he uses Paint.Net, then you take the magic wand tool and can cut the un-used background to make it transparent so the pokemon heads can pop out. I learned this from personal experiences.
