History (Optional): Raised by a family of crime, Skarow himself took it upon himself to fulfill his familys tradition, however he soon got bored of being an anonymous tip off for serial killers and instead tried to live the big life.
This didn’t go too well and now he lives on a cliff overlooking a Savannah.
