It’s called Serebii.net Pokedex move lists. Just go to Lotad, click ctrl + F and type in heal.
Only healing moves are rest and lech seed. Which only heal itself. D:

The original Author was making a great story, then Arceus orderd Giratina to seal him in the Distortion World. Arceus took the role of the Author, but made it look like Giratina was the Author. Blarg
