Personality: Shy around strangers, but random as heck when around friends.
Bio: Appeared out of where like a ghost in a mist… She loves cold and wet places and when shes in one, she tends to run around in circles until she tires out. Many friends abandoned her at the ice cliff, so she went her own way, into a place where even more pokemon were. Thats why she gets shy around strangers, shes afraid they might abandon her once again.
