Um, so I’ve just realized something. Victini and Ninfia both have the same eyes, and ear shape… Just putting it out there. Oh, and I also think Ninfia may be a poison type. You know the ribbons which come out of it’s bow. The ends are tipped blue. And Croagunk’s fingers, well the middle finger, is yellow, and that has poison in it, so may be the ribbon tips are poisonous? Oh, and because, like, the color which represents poison is usually purple, and pink is sort of like purple, and Ninfia is pink, then maybe it’s poison… I’m making no sense but oh well.

I actually agree of what you’re saying. I am convinced that it might be Poison…
I thought it could also be a Flying type. But I really disagree for people who think it would be a double type, like Flying and Poison and something like that.
its not flying… it doesnt have wings. shaymin has ears that LOOK like it. its annoying when people call it a flying type, because it will mostly likely be normal.
pokemon company wouldve atleast added wings on its feet and ears.

I’m sure the pokemon company will not make 2 of the same types. (Eevee is a normal type as well.) I agree more with it being poison than flying and normal, though.

i know its your own opinion and i have mine as well XD i just checked its name, its a ‘nymph’ so there could be a ‘small’ chance of flying but most unlikely, probably gonna be normal type only because it makes more sense, adding the same type evoultion to a pokemon, or atleast a dual type.

Well…I think there’s one more reason for it to be a Flying-type: Out of all Eeveelutions, its weight is the lightest. And…every Eeveelution has its own matchup (for example, Vapy being supereffective against Flare; Umby and Espy; Leafy and Glacey) except for Jolteon. If Sylveon’s a Flying-type, this would kinda complete it.
Just saying, but it won’t be a Normal-type. In case you’ve all forgotten, Eevee is the Pokemon of evolution. That’s why there are so many different evolution types; it’s all a different evolution. But keeping it the same type would cancel out the reason for Eevees whole reason of being, so you know. Just wanted to put that out there.
Seeing how we have most of the type, being: Normal-Eevee Water- Vaporeon
Fire - Flareon Electric- Jolteon
Grass- Leafeon Ice- Glaceon
Psychic- Espeon Dark- Umbreon.
The types we Eevee can’t evole into yet is: Fighting Poison
Ground Flying
Bug Rock
Ghost Dragon
And Steel
The fact that Sylveon is the lightest Eeveelution, and that 2 scarfs, which could help the aerodynamics of it, could simply mean it’s a flying type. Since it’s the lightest, it can take off easier, so yeah. I think it’s a flying type, or a bug type. Although, it doesn’t like very… “Buggy”.

Fighting-Maybe because the bows may be used like a sword or…pretty low chance it will be fighting
Poison-Simply no chance for me, the pink…but if it was gonna be poison it would look more…ugly like all poisons.
Ground-No,just no.
Flying-I consider it the most cause of its bows it really remind of flying type.
Bug-Really a bug fox…no.
Rock-NO.
Ghost-Okay this is actually something that it can be because it really is a bit creepy, like a cute ghost.
Dragon-Dont think so. Maybe…
Steel-It does actually remind of steel a bit…
So for me it is:
Flying>Ghost>Steel>Fighting>Dragon>Ground,Rock,Poison>Bug.
Edit:Or it may be some kind of Normal evolution to eevee, like…a lot stronger eevee…
The eyes are very buggy I think. They’re just… big and buggy… A flying ghost of a bug? I don’t know, trying to imagine what that would look like. Ok, I’m confused now :@~@:
Maybe…Sylveon’s a deceased metal bug that resembled Eevee and had the ability to fly underground while doing karate chops on rock and is able to poison foes with its super-duper-dragonbreath?
Yes… Yes that is defiantly it… Or maybe it’s a physical form of Eevee’s spirit which shows how strong it can be by roundhouse kicking it’s foes which then leaves a poison mark and dragon tail whipping rocks while flying around with it’s bug wings which are usually hidden where ever it wants to go? And then Eevee will realize it’s power and evolve into Ninfia. I should write a story on this stuff!
Just to get ahead, there is huge Pokemon X and Y news coming next week. This was told via Pokemon’s Twitter. Ezza will keep you covered on that, just wanted to get things pumping. Woot!
Thanks Illus! Finally, some news! Now we shall have more to talk about that just Ninfia, and what type it could be, although I still really want to now!
The Japanese show, “Pokemon Smash”, has just revealed that next week a new Pokemon for X and Y will be revealed. From the picture I have seen, I think it may be a grass type, as there’s a big question mark over it with a bit of green sticking out, and green is usually associated to grass. So yeah.
So guys, get ready for the big news next week!
