I meant to name it cloud tower and then the deep could be sky high like i said

The pokemon would be around 40? it should be harder than suana and you have to use fly at the end to get to cloud tower (like winden forest to get to CR or exbel penninsula to SS)

Fly is a 1/10 drop and a special item that evovles a certain flying type pokemon is 1/1000 )idk any flying types that are evovled in an item but if there are then thats dropped)

to get there you need to use surf near the coast
i’m not gonna go overboard with pokemon here to keep it fair and the levels will range from level 20-30

after floor 20 theres a place called Outcast Ruins… and on the wall there is 2 tiles one with a sun on and one with a moon on and it asks you to pick one if you pick the moon tile you go against Lunatone in a battle and it IS recruitable
if you pick the sun tile you battle a Solrock which IS recruitable
however… once you picked one tile you can never pick the other one again
if you party with someone through Outcast island then you go into a boss battle against solrock AND lunatone which are both recruitable oh and also
