So, Rainbow Dust/Silk is pretty much, a Dust/Silk that works on every type, in my honest opinion, this does not sound OP, its just another little buff since it only gives around, 20 each stat? i dunno.
But now think about how could it would be, collecting all the Dusts/Silks, to then in the end, combine them all in one ultimate Dust/Silk.
How neat is that, i even made sprites for it!

We would had to wait for brown silk to be possible tho, but, Rainbow dust is already a possible thing!
