The level cap is 60. It’s literally at the top of the post lmao. Quick Feet is allowed. Rev items are banned if people actually thought they could use them without me banning them first makes me lose faith in the community a little.
I believe you didn’t add that to the rules until now. If the tournament started without a rule about them, it would be fair game… as far as rules would go anyway.

Coming back to this: I’ve changed my mind as to how Quick Feet would effect the tournament. It counts as speed boosting, something I’m trying to prevent. Besides, all we would see is Ursaring, which makes the tournament a little boring, in my opinion.
