Fangorn listened as Sonic explained the mission to them. He hope he made the right decision to let her go with them… it sounded like that particular mission could be too much for her… but he could be underestimating her. He looked up at the cloudy sky as they were about to leave, remembering something.

“Hang on a sec,” said Fangorn as he went back inside, and came out seconds later with a small pack and a weather band. He handed them to Wolfy. “Here’s a weather band, just in case it starts to rain. You’ll be protected from the weather when you are wearing this, and inside this pack are a few medical supplies. Remember what I taught you about treating injuries, because you might have to do that later. Stay safe Wolfy.”

With that, he patted her on the head with a smile and walked back inside the house where he pulled out the new formula once again and began running tests.

The kabutops came out with a Growltihte they headed somewhere.I turned to Phanpy.He wasn’t so into the idea of me following them.So I left him.I ran and followed the Kabutops.I hid in a nearbye bush.I looked around.What is this place I asked myself.I turned to peek out when I was attack.Something jumped at me.A Conbusken.It slammed hard on me.I bouce out of the bush.I felled and slammed my head hardon a rock.The Combusken jumped after me.I quickly got up and jumped in the air and release a bullet seed.I looked around I was un sure were I was wand what was happening.I couldn’t remember much.Back were I started great.I had only remember my name and that I was a Grovyle.The Combusken released Flamethrower.I jumped to the ground and smash a rock and sent it flying at the combusken.The Combusken flew out of sight.I saw a Kabutotops in front of me.I remember I was following him.I looked at a necklace that had a pink badge on it.It said:Pokemon Exploration Team Offical Member.I picked the badge and I threw to the ground.What was it?That I didn’t know.I was holding a bag.What was it?I didn’t know.But it held something rare.A Green Cape.I decide to put it on.There was a green necklace.It had a Green Orb attached to it.I

'My—My Necklace!I stuttered.

I open the green orb.It held a lock it.I held a picture of a Charizard.What could this mean?I shoved in the bag and peeked out.I decided to indrouce myself.I went up to the Kabutops and Growltithe and said:Hello.I m Cynder.

OCC:My Charcter losses her memory again.But this time it brings back memories of the past.She forgets about the team and Phanpy.So yeah things get intresting.

((OOC: I hope you guys don’t mind me joining in as well- I love RPing too much to stay out of this forum. xD :3 For the record, I hope three characters aren’t too much- they’re my team, a luxray named Solaris, an absol named Vorik, and a gallade named Nero. And yes, the luxray leads Team Galactic, but they aren’t looking to cause any trouble…for the moment. ;3 ))

Meanwhile, over near the eastern edge of Poketown, a group of three was returning from Inferno Beach. A young, newly-evolved luxray seemed to be leading them, at the forefront with a confident, easygoing expression in her golden eyes. She was followed by a calm-looking absol and an absolutely-bored looking gallade.

“Isn’t there someplace harder we can go?” the gallade mumbled after a few minutes of walking in silence along the trail. His main goal was to become stronger and he was always looking for someplace harder- even if it meant he’d get his butt kicked by the first thing he came across inside.

The luxray didn’t even glance back, merely snorting in amusement. “If you want to go ahead and try to find Spark Cave, be my guest.” So far she didn’t even know of its location, or whether or not it was even real- small rumors didn’t account for much. She rolled her eyes expressively at the absol, and managed to find a glimpse of amusement hidden deep within his blood-red eyes.

“Reports say that Tanren Town has been having some trouble with a gang lately,” the absol said in a calm, deep voice. “A group calling themselves ‘The Sandslash Gang’. We could try there if you so wish.”

“A gang?” the luxray said, her golden eyes flickering thoughtfully. “Sounds interesting…I’ve never been down there before. Sure, I guess we can take a look. What do you think, Nero?”

“Sounds good to me,” the gallade replied easily. Nero folded his arms, blades sticking out on either side. “Let’s kick some sandslash-”

“Nero, we get the idea,” the luxray interrupted, sighing. He’d go on for hours about beating up his latest target if allowed. “Should we stop by Poketown first?”

“It would be a wise precaution,” the absol stated quietly, pointing with his head down the road, where Kangaskhan Storage was located. The luxray nodded and the threesome headed down the road, past several houses and quite a few pokemon. They’d deposit some things, take out some sitrus berries, and then probably would be on their way.

Sonic turned around to see a Grovyle, she introduced herself as Cynder, Sonic knew that she was following them, He didn’t think she was a problem, and like he thought he was right, Sonic thought a moment on what she could of wanted, but them something caught his eye, Normal people would not care, or even notice this small detail, but to sonic this was a very important thing…

“That cape… Such bad quality.”

Everyone must of been dumbfounded, such an off topic response, But when it came to capes Sonic was an expert, Ever scene childhood he was obsessed, He had many different capes each of different color and attributes, Also he knew exactly what the Grovyle wanted. He wanted to accompany them too Taren, He wouldn’t of been following him scene he parted with his teammates otherwise. He reached into his bag, Humming to himself as he did, and pulled out a nice looking green cape.

“For starters if you even plan to come with us, you have to change that old rag, the material isn’t fine, it catches on things, Also this One is the same material as a pecha scarf, Not only that but it will help filter out sandstorms in the desert.”

After that perplexing statement and handing her the cape sonic started to laugh…

“You know this isn’t gonna be a really hard mission, I’m all for company however, but it’s just funny, I came to Fangorn’s with no actual believe that i would have anymore company, and now look I have a whole mini group.”

They walked for awhile When finally Sonic met up with his teammates.

“Wow sonic, I never thought you’d bring back such a following.”

“Well lets make this quick, for those of you that don’t know, (Sonic took a quick look at Cynder) These are my teammates, The pink Riachu over there is Amy, She and I…”

“We get the idea Sonic…”

“Most of you guys haven’t meet him, As it may be obvious That my good friends is a primal just like me, That gallade’s name is Higurashi, We call him The primal of steel, or the holy steel.”

“Enough of the history lesson sonic, they don’t care, most Pokemon and humans have come to think of us as abnormalitys in nature, And cursed to bring destruction, I don’t think they want to know our life story.”

“I don’t know where you lived, but most people here don’t know it’s not common knowledge, And besides In my adventures only a handful have gave me the cold stare. Be more positive Higurashi”

“Whatever Just don’t get in my way.”

with that statement Higurashi walked ahead, Sonic sighed as he said…

“Here we come Tarren…”

Ooc: if you guys are wondering what to post to reply to this, you could post about your chars impression of the team, or bits of the walk to Tarren. Just giving you guys some ideas…

OOC: Welcome to the RP! =D We’ve been quite low on the amount of RPers lately so it’s great to have ya join! ^^ Also like the addition of Team Galactic. Now we’ve got Rockets and Galactics. =D This is going to add another whole conflict into the RP, I think. Team Wars…muahahaha cough.

Wolfy fidgeted a bit uncomfortably in the weather band around her neck. She disliked the constricted feeling it gave to her throat but she knew it was for a good cause. Most bandannas helped protect you from certain things, as this one did the weather. She’d just have to get used to wearing them more often, especially now that she had dedicated herself to doing actual rescue missions.

The growlithe had kept to herself most of the time until Sonic spoke up, introducing his friends. Wolfy remembered Amy, the pink raichu from back 3 years ago in the Reverse World. She hadn’t had a proper introduction with the raichu as of yet, but it was still good to know she was alive and well. The gallade, however, was someone she didn’t remember seeing from before. He could be one of Sonic’s older or newer friends, by the way Sonic introduced him.

“Hello, Amy. Hello, Higur…uhhh…Higurshy…Higurshio?” She rubbed her chin, hoping she had gotten the gallade’s name right, or at least close. “Anyways, I’m Wolfy. I know, an odd name for a growlithe. I’ve been over it about a million times…trust me, you don’t wanna know. Heh heh…”

After a short introduction with them, she turned around and noticed there was yet another pokemon in their tiny posse. It was a grovyle - and at first glance, Wolfy thought it must’ve been Fangorn deciding to come back with them. However, this grovyle wasn’t Fangorn. This grovyle was a female and unlike Fangorn in little ways, such as the fact that she didn’t wear a leaf necklace around her neck.

I must have been so deep in thought, I hadn’t noticed her arrival, the growlithe concluded in her mind, a bit embarrassed that she let the presence of the pokemon slip her mind unawares.

“Hello to you, too. Sorry I didn’t notice you before but…uhhh…nevermind. Well, as you’ve probably heard, my name’s Wolfy.” she said to the grass-type, offering a paw to shake. " So what’s your name? I haven’t seen you around town before. You here to help us with the mission too?"

I didn’t know how to react when the Growlithe asked me were I came from.I shook her paw and said Hi I m Cynder I m new in town.She smiled and turned away.I walked up to the Kabutops,Alakazam,and Raichu.I listen to their plans.I pulled the necklace with the green on it out.I pulled it out.I opened an took once quick glace at it.The Charizard it side it.Who was it?Why did I feel like I knew it?I was puzzled.I closed it quickly and tie it around my neck.My cape.It wrote:Cynder across it.I knew that was my name.But where did I get the cape and the lock it?

Uh yeah what is Tanran?

a place where headed.

I waited quietly until we decide to leave.

Meanwhile in the bush by Fangorn’s house…

Where’s Cynder?She should have came back by now.
Phanpy got up and went to look for me.He started by following a pathway.
He went the way I came.Combusken appeared quickly.
Phanpy was starled and quickly curled up and slammed hard into it.
The Combusken was sent flying.Phanpy went after.It fleed.But underneath it was…A exploration badge!
He studied it closely it read:Offical Exploration Team Member signed to:Cynder
Tears fell from his eyes.He collasped on the ground.

As Sonic was taking Wolfy to their destination, Fangorn was back at home conducting tests on the new formula he had created, taking notes as he went. He had only taken 3 tests, yet they yielded significant results. He confirmed that this new formula was indeed a cure-all, much like phione dew. However, he still had to conduct his 4th test in order to find out if it was safe to even use. After noting the potion’s properties he guessed that this 4th test could last well into the night. Nevertheless, he still needed to get it done.

Suddenly, another pain shot through his body, causing him to flinch involuntarily and nearly topple the bottle over. This can’t be good… it feels like its getting stronger with every shock… After regaining his composure, Fangorn immediately got started on the 4th test, getting a couple of other chemicals out if the cabinet to work on. It would most likely take him all day to finish this test, so he needed to get started right away.

He thought he heard something outside, but he ignored it and got back to work.

“I think we have everything,” the absol announced in his low voice a few minutes later, casting a critical eye over everything in the bag. With a quick duck of his head he had slipped the bag strap over his neck, letting it rest firmly against his white mane.

“Okay, Vorik.” The luxray shrugged. “Let’s go then.” She nodded to her two teammates and turned, padding back down the path.

It wasn’t very long before the luxray’s golden eyes noticed a group of people up the road a ways. At first she wasn’t concerned, but then she noticed an oddly-colored gallade amongst them- not good. You see, Nero had a tendency to want to pick a fight with most anyone, but another gallade was always at the top of the list- in the Clan he had come from it was considered both a traditional greeting and a show of strength to fight a gallade you had just met. And Nero adhered to that tradition very well. Indeed, the luxray could feel her partner’s muscles tensing in excitement and anticipation as she laid her spike-tipped tail on his arm. “Nero, don’t,” she warned, but the gallade was only listening with half an ear, his challenging gaze boring into the other gallade. The luxray sighed quietly, prepared to send a light paralyzing shock through him, but feared the possibility that the other gallade had already spotted her friend- if he had, it would be considered an extreme insult to stop him from fighting, provided the other gallade accepted. Now all that remained was to see if the gallade had noticed Nero. After all, she knew certain gallade hadn’t grown up with that tradition- she had seen a couple refuse Nero’s challenge before.

Ooc: cynder in ways I’m happy that you made this mistake, it isn’t a alakazam, Knux died a long time ago, this is a primal gallade, but you saying that proves that you must of kept of with Ce, anyways yea gallade fight…

Higurashi felt his presence before he felt, Even before he heard it, he was happy however, Tradition stated that this was the thing to do, as well of the fact he didn’t feel evil intentions, As he turned a steel wall came to meet the other gallade, Steel formed around higurashi’s hand as he turned and cut the wall down, his steel was sharp, He Thought about what Sonic had said about the knowledge of the primals in this region, He thought that the gallade may be surprised at the steel type moves, The steel wall that was cut in half broke into hundreds of shards that by higurashi’s physic powers floated around his hand.

“Nice to meet your acquittance, My names higurashi.”

even with the introduction, higurashi used his physic powers to throw the shards at his opponent,

Higurashi blinked.

He saw sonic standing there, all the shards were melted on the ground.

“I don’t care about your tradition.”

Sonic turned as he red eyes met the other gallade.

“Or yours either.”

Sonic started to laugh,

“Sorry wasn’t ever able to pull off the power BA role, I would really like the two of you fight it out, however we have more important things to worry about, Wouldn’t you agree Higurashi?”

Higurashi was amazed, He hadn’t seen sonic in 10 years, He was strong back then, but nothing abnormal, he smiled as he nodded, Amy smiled as sonic walked past her.

“A little bit of overkill Sonic.”

“Hey don’t be sarcastic with me, i didn’t think i needed that much speed so i didn’t use it.”

Amy was amazed, it was not meant to be sarcastic, She though he over killed it, but with that comment She got almost uneased.

As she looked ahead she saw him telling wolfy and cynder to follow him, as she thought,

“How much stronger have you gotten?”


Ooc: srry IA if you wanted to battle, however there are three reasons why i did that the three reasons are...

1) I'm not the greatest at balancing Rp battles.

2) I didn't want It to go on for awhile, if it did the other Rpers would be unamused.

3) too show the important (or at least too me) character growth of Sonic. 

                   If it made you disappointed do not worry, you will have opportunities in the future!  :3

((OOC: Don’t worry, I was hoping you’d cut it off. xD I was just using it as an excuse to come talk to you all. :3))

Nero grinned as the other showed off his power of steel- it was quite impressive. “Nice to meet 'cha, Higurashi. I’m Nero.” He was about to retaliate with some of his own psychic abilities when an unfamiliar kabutops stepped in, stopping their fight. He was rather disappointed, but he showed some of his little-used common sense when deciding not to pick a fight with this creature over their fight.

The luxray sighed and shook her head, looking amused as she glanced towards her absol companion before walking up. “Sorry about that,” she offered apologetically to the kabutops. “We didn’t mean to intrude. I’m Solaris, that’s Vorik, and the gallade is Nero.”

“If I may inquire,” Vorik injected smoothly, “where are you all headed?” He was sure he had caught some mumblings about Tanren Town and the Sandslash Gang, and if so, he was sure his leader wouldn’t object to helping them out- provided they accepted his team’s help, that is.

As Wolfy shook Cynder’s hand, she thought she smelt someone else nearby. She stood up in a battle stance, ready to protect the group if something threatening came their way. Before she could do anything on her part, Higuran…Higurashi was standing face-to-face with another gallade. He slashed the wall with his hand and, seemingly forgetting of her brave attempts to protect anybody before, the fire-type yelped and ducked behind Amy as not to get hit by the falling shards.

When she blinked her eyes open, she saw Sonic standing in between the gallades as if to stop them from fighting. The gallade wasn’t the only one there, either - there were two others by the looks of it: a luxray and an absol. The three of them didn’t look like they were intent on harm, so the growlithe cautiously walked up. They were introducing themselves, and by listening in to the conversation, Wolfy quickly learned their names.

Solaris, Vorik, Nero…Vorik, Nero, Solaris…, she went over in her head, hoping to remember them easier by repeating the names to herself. They didn’t seem harmless, but with so many pokemon bigger than her - and now three more to add to that - it was only smart that she would keep wary.

Hearing the absol’s question, she decided the best way to squeeze herself into the conversation would be to simply answer it. “We’re going on a mission…to Tanren, that is.” she replied. “Sonic’s gonna lead us there and we’re gonna slay some big, scary monster or something, I think…what was it, again?” she asked, sweatdropping as she looked back up at the kubutops.

I was waiting fort us to go to Tanran.I was preparing my self.I pulled out a Defense scarf and put it on.I put on the new cape Sonic gave me.I looked at Wolfy.I decide to follow her.Maybe things will go good if I follow her.I couldn’t help but I looked at the lock it once more.I was still wondering who the Charizard is.I looked at it.It had something on its neck.What was it?I didn’t know.I put the lock it under the defense scarf.I was waiting to go.

As the group introduced themselfs and Wolf interjected, sonic began to explain more

“I’m not sure if you’ve heard of the plan called snakes head, we make up the alpha team, My name is Sonic. My team mates are higurashi, you’ve already met. My wife and partrner Amy…”

Sonic looked around, he saw everyone he realy knew for awhile facails expresions, They look like they where hit by a truck…

“Wait, you guys didn’t know that?”

Everyone was quiet

“Ok… Anyways, The little pup over there is wolfy, and the grovyle is Cynder.”

Sonic leaned over to amy

“Did i not tell them that?”

“It was 2 years ago, so they wouldn’t of known.”

“I guess so…”

sonic kept walking, to tarren we go

“Nice to meet all of you,” Solaris said thoughtfully. “Would you mind if we joined you? We were heading down to Tanren as well…Possibly for the same reasons.” She looked around, glancing at her own teammates. Vorik was looking quickly over each of the others, his expression neutral. She was sure he was analyzing each of them, just in case.

“ah, Exbel.” the Chicorita sighed as she got off the boat with a gallade and the former members of Team RiverVine. she hadn’t been back for 3 years. finding all the members of the team and convincing them to join us was harder than i thought. in fact, not a single legendary rejoined us; except manaphy, of course. she thought, smiling as she watched the overjoyous blue Prince of the Sea jumping in and out of the water.

“well, now what?” asked Galder. the gallade had been present along with Star the staraptor in assisting the others in saving the world.
"well, first we need to regester with the chimecho assembly for all these pokemon. also, using the poke we made back at the other continents, we need to buy a team base. Fangorn may know what to do about that. you go register team rivervine, i’ll find Fangorn.

Rita walked around the housing district of poketown, hopelessly lost. maybe i should have bought that map the keckleon brothers offered me . . . finally, at the tenth house, she looked into, she saw a grovyle working on some sort of view. "uh, excuse me? are you fangorn?

(ooc: just as a recap, nobody here knows who rita is, or that rags was the human that helped saved the world from paralasis.)

Wolfy was shocked. She had no idea Sonic and Amy were in a bigger relationship than just “partners” or even “friends”. But then again, a lot had happened over three years worth of time. Many things have changed since then including herself - she just hadn’t thought about it alltoomuch.

She found it interesting that the three newcomers were heading out to the same place they were…and for the same reason? Perhaps they too had been assigned to the mission. Since it was pretty much agreed that the trio would be joining them, she decided she’d try to get to know them better. Those three and both Cynder and Higur -whatever his name was too. She was curious of how strong they were and their potential in battle, but knew she was probably bound to find out soon.

“OK. Guess we’re all traveling buddies now.” she offered with a dopey grin. Feeling a little better now that they’d have help on their side, the growlithe trotted joyfully along with the others, humming the infamous PMD title song as she went.

I started to follow Wolfy,Sonic,and the others.We were heading to Tanran.What is Tanran?It beats me.I was curious so I started off with the others.Another thing that I was wondering.How tough where these guys?I followed them to a desert like place.It seems deserted.I was nervous at what lurks ahead.This place sent shivers up my spine.I wondered why were we even here?I was scared.But for some reason I knew this place.Its the same feeling I had when I saw the Charizard picture.I knew this place!Why did I know this place?I waited quietly for the group to say why were here.

*They arrived in Tarren. Sonic remembered the time he was here, the 4th primal, One dedicated to evil, Sonic was left with no choice He was the first person, That sonic actually killed, Sonic always felt feelings of regret, Although if he didn’t who knows what would of happened to Tarren. Still tarren was a nice town, it was a more vegetated area, to the north was desert like, in the south was Solid stone. In the middle was tarren town.

A cacturn walked up to the group

“Sonic long time no see, Your rooms are prepared, You told us you wanted 15 rooms prepared, doesn’t look like you’ll need that many.”

“Jack you look full of energy as always, I didn’t know how many I’d have with me, now everyone should have there own room. That should be fine with you guys.”

“We also planed a master suite.”

Amy Wacked Sonic on the back of the head.

“I told you sonic, Your snoring has been annoying, I’ll have my own room this time.”

As amy walked To look at her room, Sonic turned around to everyone.

“The plan is going to start tomorrow, You have today to adventure around tarren, heck do whatever you want, If you’ll need me I’ll be at the highest point in tarren, Right up there.”

Sonic pointed to a grave up at the top of the hill he gave his good byes, and ran up there, he went to the other side of the gravestone and leaned on it, The only thing you could see was the red cape.

Sonic looked out in the distance.

“Tomorrow, I’ll show you… how much stronger I’ve become…”

Solaris stretched slightly as they entered Tanren Town, looking around interestedly at the place. She hadn’t been here before, and exploring had always been an interest of hers. “C’mon, Vorik, let’s take a look around!” she said, nudging the absol beside her with an amused expression. You could have sworn the absol gave off an annoyed aura after that, but his expression remained perfectly composed. Sol noted this aura but didn’t really pay any mind to it- it was simply Vorik for you.

She glanced down at his white fur coat, the fur around his paws having turned a very light reddish-brown with all the dirt on the trail. “After you get that cleaned out, that is,” she added teasingly. The absol sighed, almost unnoticably. Solaris had known for a long time that he had something bordering on an obsession with keeping his fur neat and glossy, and his scythes and claws a nice shiny black. When she pried about it, among other things, she always got the same reply- “people respond better when you want to ask something when you’re polite and well-groomed”. And then he dropped it. Sol was content to leave it at that, as long as Vorik kept keeping her up-to-date with everything- hence how they had found out about this.

“As you wish,” Vorik said, his eyes trained thoughtfully on the kabutops as he took off.

“Okay then,” Solaris said amusedly. She won easily against him. “Come on, then. You too, Nero.” The gallade gave an exaggerated sigh before wandering off behind her and Vorik, his feet trailing in the dust on purpose. He wanted to fight, as usual, but he supposed it wouldn’t hurt to keep an eye out for possible opponents. Meanwhile, Solaris paused, looking over her shoulder at the group. “Anyone who wants to take a look around with us is welcome to,” she added. She rather figured they wouldn’t, since they probably had their own things to attend to, but it was worth a shot to extend the invitation.

It was just as he feared. It didnt take long after be began the test for Fangorn to see that the new formula was unstable, as well as poisonous. He was missing a critical ingredient, and he believed he knew exactly where to find it.

Testing finished, he began putting the equipment away as he was interuppted by somebody at the door, asking for him. Looking up, he saw that it was a young chikorita. “I’m Fangorn.” he replied nicely, “Do you need something? I’m a little busy at the moment and I don’t have that much time to waste.”

OOC: Short post alert! I’m at my cousin’s so I can’t stay on for more than a couple minutes at a time.
