first off, do not assume this is one of those When Is HC Coming Out type deals. No, it is not. I am just verifying something i saw yesterday
Yesterday in the global chat, some staff member, (forgot who), said that hc pokes and items are going to be added into various dungeons in due time because hc’s take a lot of time to make.
Is this true? I know the ending about hc’s taking alot of time to make is true. If so, does this mean HC could be converted into something else?
I believe the Staff are trying to stay away from temporary dungeons that require a lot of work and are trying to transfer previously HC-Only items and Pokemon into new dungeons or adding to existing ones.

This is true. All Holiday Caves have been discontinued. Eventually, all the items and pokemon that you could have gotten in Holiday Caves will turn up in future dungeons. (This gives you extra time to get your favourite pokemon as it will be open all year round!). The staff have done this so they can focus on permanent content. I also heard that they believe that Holiday Caves give TOO many things out, which I agree with.
