For those who are bored and like teambuilding for teambuilding’s sake.
Make a singles team, but you have to utilize the following criteria:
- One fully evolved Fire Starter Pokémon (Charizard, Typhlosion, Blaziken, Infernape, Emboar, Delphox, Incineroar, Cinderace, Hisuian Typhlosion, Skeledirge).
- One fully evolved Grass Starter Pokémon (Venusaur, Meganium, Sceptile, Torterra, Serperior, Chesnaught, Decidueye, Rillaboom, Hisuian Decidueye, Meowscarada).
- One fully evolved Water Starter Pokémon (Blastoise, Feraligatr, Swampert, Empoleon, Samurott, Greninja, Primarina, Inteleon, Hisuian Samurott, Quaquaval).
- One fully evolved Pseudolegendary (Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamence, Metagross, Garchomp, Hydreigon, Goodra, Kommo-o, Dragapult, Hisuian Goodra, Baxcalibur).
- One Pikachu Clone (Pikachu, Raichu, Plusle, Minun, Pachirisu, Emolga, Dedenne, Cosplay Pikachu, Togedemaru, Morpeko, Pawmot)
- One wildcard (no legendaries, mythicals, paradox, ultra beasts, or anything from the above groups).
No battle gimmick mechanics. Movesets for Pokémon not in Gen 9 match their most recent appearance; Sword/Shield move tutors and TMs/TRs are available for any Pokémon in Sword/Shield. Pokémon that are banned to Ubers are still banned here.
Assume that you will be battling other people who also have to follow this team parameters. How did you come up with your team? You do not have to come up with entire movesets, but explqin the general role the Pokémon will have on your team and the kinds of Pokémon they’re there to check, counter, or disrupt. And show at least a few moves if you decide to run an especially out-there strategy like Choice Specs Meowscarada or Swords Dance Hatterene.
