There’s a free program known as ‘‘winrar’’ that can extract it. I don’t know much about any other .rar extracters.

i downloaded and i think its awesome but since its .rar i dont know how to use it

I must say this is one awesome Skin. I dont like Absol much but its a preaty cool pokemon. Thanks for making this skin btw.

extract the file to Pokemon Mystery Universe > Client > Skins

if I remember that correctly.

i dont have the client folder so i cant get to my screenshots so that means i cant get to get it. if u can can u email me the client folder?

If you have the game then you should have a folder for Pokemon Mystery Universe in ‘‘Program Files’’ or wherever you installed it…
