Adjust Mirror Coat, Counter, and Destiny Bond

These moves are disproportionately strong in the hands of the many in a one vs. many scenario, and tend to KO the player on the slightest chip damage. While they should certainly be dangerous, I think they’re a little too much so at present.

I suggest lowering the damage reflected by Mirror Coat and Counter to be equal to damage received rather than double, and for Destiny Bond to reflect something like 75-50% of the damage dealt instead of the current 100%.
