Just a quick suggestion I thought of. Since there’s already plenty of buttons on the top right part of any Forum post. I thought that there should also be an “Approve” and “Disapprove” button to show how many players approve or disapprove of a suggestion.
The staff team may look at a lot of suggestions, but they may not know the exact number of players that want or don’t want a certain thing to be implemented. This would allow the staff team to see how many like or hate a suggestion.
Also, in case this may not be possible, an idea would be to allow players to create polls in the Suggestions part of the Forums so that players can ask questions to see whether other players like this suggestion and of course, if they approve or disapprove.
You can already create polls, so there is no need for an “approve” or “disapprove” button. Also, it isn’t so hard to just simply have people comment their thoughts whether they approve or not, if they don’t, and the general consensus opposes their opinion, then that’s their problem.
I think this is a good idea, because overtime, some suggestions get overrun with pages of comments (sometimes arguments)
Having an Approve and Disapprove button would make things much more simpler and down to the point much faster, Instead of having to view each page to see what people think of your idea you could simply take a look at how many times people have clicked the “Approve” and “Disapprove” button.
