Attributes-????What do they all mean

I am new to map editor and i want to know what all the Attributes mean. I do know what Blocked means but i think anyone could work that out. I want to know what they all mean so i can make great maps x3

NPC Avoid: Doesn’t let the NPCs to walk through that tile (Staff only in PMU)

Notice: When stepping the tile, appears a text and/or a short sound.

Sign: When pressing Enter in front of it, you can read a text wrote on it.

Heal: When stepping on the tile, the team fully heal (Staff only in PMU)

Kill: When stepping on the tile, you get killed (Staff only in PMU)

Guild Block: Only members of your same guild can step that tile (Staff only in PMU)

Level Block: Only people of certain level can step that tile (Staff only in PMU)
