I.My progress in training and why it is important
Training is a very hard part of PMU. But people that train are usually the ones that become well-known all around PMU. Right now you may be training but this guide will help you do it right.I currently have a
team of four, my strongest being a level 34 Floatzel. Training gets tough at some points, and can be boring, but
after 34, you can train in harder dungeons and go on your own whichever way you want. Well, we"re off into the PMU
world of training!
II.Locations to train
Good places to train eh, OK here they are:
Fire types:
(5-10) Train in Tiny Grotto
(11-15) Train in Sour Root Cave
(16-20) Train in dojo floors 1-3
(21-30) Dojo floors 4-5
(31-40) Winden forest
Water types:
(5-10) South of Crossroads, destroying buizels, Krabby, and wingull (Krabbys use mud sport so they will be ground types)
(11-20) Dojo floors 1-3 (beware of croagunks, as they absorb water moves)
(21-35) Dojo floors 4,5 ( Use special moves, kill Lairons (good XP and water good against it) ground moves like mud shot will kill al of the Luxios, but beware of spark-charge)
(35-40) Sauna, plain and simple
Grass types:
(5-10) South of Crossroads, destroying buizels, Krabby, and wingull (Krabbys use mud sport so they will be ground types)
(11-15) Seaside Cavern
(16-20) Sour Root Cave
(21-25) Dojo floors 1-3
(26-35) Dojo floors 4-5 ( kill the Lairons for XP and grass is neutral on them, [and revenge on Laggrons]
(35-40) Mineral Cavern (if you lose HP RUN!!!)
Other types: There are so many types in here but I would recommend the dojo to train until level 35 then train them in your favorite dungeon
(5-15) 1-2 Dojo
(16-25) 3 Dojo
(26-35) floors 4-5 in the dojo
Other dungeons:
Happiness Lake: Water types mostly and Bidoofs, many revivers found here 15+
Sunny Hillside: Ponyta are main spawns, bring a water type 15+
Winden pass: Ice, Steel, and Water types(also a couple of Furrets), bring a fire type with Sunny Day to get rid of hail (watch for Tm rest)20+
III.Items good for training
In this section you will learn the good items for training, here they are:
Reviver Seed- to revive
Sticks- if you are weak, throw sticks for good damage
Oran and Pecha berries: orans help you fully heal HP and poison can be fatal unless you have rest
Escape orb: it is better to escape then lose half your items and all of your money
Defense Scarf: raises defense
Ethers: bring PLENTY of ethers to restore HP
That concludes the training items.

IV.Good strategies for training
This is the last section. There are three ways to train.
Training by yourself- It is the same thing, train alone and go alone all the way.
Leeching- This is when ypu stay in a safe spot while a team mate anialates all the pokemon and you get XP
Team training- This is when you take a group of two or more and you all train together destroying everything
this concludes my guide, I’m hoping to get it posted on guides page. Contact me if changes are needed
