Can't log in at all?

Hey there. I haven’t played in a really long time and I wanted to get back to it. However I can’t log in. I’ve used the same password and username I had used when I played the game regularly but it isn’t letting me log in still. I tried resetting my password but that didn’t work as well. I am on a new laptop, so I no longer have access to the old client and downloaded the new one to play.

Would anyone be able to help?
