Extract the stuff from the zip into your skins folder.
My only qualm with this skin is the fact that the News / Updates text is difficult to read due to the dark background. Albeit, it’s a minor issue.
Regardless, nicely done. :) I’m glad to see someone actively making skins again.
Do you do skin requests? I think you are amazing at making them and i would love a Tyranitar family one.

I have to agree with everyone here. The skins I’ve seen you do are really good! It’s also nice, like others have said, that at least someone it still making skins for PMU. ^ ^
