Ralts and rowlett share the dawn/dusk time table in Spectral thicket. Both for their respective paths and in the true path. I feel like making ralts dawn/day as opposed to dawn/dusk and making rowlett dusk/night to be the counterpart to ralts would make sense and make the 40 floor journey not nearly as bad.
