Changing Resolution and Controls?

Hi, I’m a bit new here. Liking what I’ve played so far, but the game is a bit inconvenient for me to play with the default settings.

It would be a huge help if I could change the resolution (the game window is very small on my screen) and controls to something more comfortable for me. I couldn’t find either of these options in game. If it is possible to change these how would I go about doing it?
