well, V1.0 is pretty7much its finished version- but there are a few things that have not been changed. other than that it is complete!

I suggest you find PNG images, and don’t resize them too much - for your next skin.

Any image resized, with the exception of vectors, gets pixelly after a certain point. Even in professional programs such as Photoshop. I’m taking this from personal experience, I work with Photoshop quite often. Also, MS Paint isn’t the best program to make Skins in. A Layers feature is very helpful when it comes to Digital Art. I suggest you try out GIMP or Paint.net in the future.
I use bboth Pain, and Photoshop to make skins, I use pain usualy to merge images that arent both together.
You can do everything that you can do in MS Paint, in Photoshop. I’d rather stick to using one program.
Perhaps you should get more familiar with Photoshop as well. There are far more features you can use to clean up the quality of your skin. I suggest making your own backgrounds, it’s a big help.
This is only my 2end skin; I’m not perfect yet.
