Because of the new Tutor Moves, Draco Meteor has been added to PMU, however I don’t think it works for an AOE. I think it should be a spray, the ones like Sludge Bomb, etc., but with a thing like Incinerate, where it hits a few tiles around the target, I would say 1 tile. The way it is now, it’s just crazy powerful, it’s got massive range and massive power. This would make it still a strong move, but not quite so haxy.
Though I’ve never seen it used myself, I do agree that it should be toned down.
you agree that a move you’ve never seen should be toned down? just think long and hard about that sentence.
as for draco meter, i’m a bit iffy on. it’s supposed to be a dragon pokes strongest move so you can’t just expect it to become suddenly the equivalent of incinerate. and remember, it’s only a 5 pp move that lowers your stats with each use. alongside its already lengthy cooldown. iunno, i feel like that sort of evens it out already. bleh, i think it’s fine how it is.
The move needs a much longer Cool Down. Otherwise it’s fine as an AoE.

I was referring to him describing Draco Meteor. The way he described Draco Meteor’s range, power, etc. convinced me.
I mean, the situation with Draco Meteor is this.
We have a 150 base power Dragon-type AoE that just about ALL Dragon-types can learn, if their friendship is maxed out, which means that things are gonna die. No questions asked. Yet, you think it DOESN’T need to be toned down? I mean, think about it.
The main issue is the Range. And possibility needing an even longer cooldown.
A range type change to spray wont make it seem like the move is.
