Well, this is pretty much suggested by Kyorgre.
But I too, think that Dragon Pulse should have a bit of range. (and possibly the look of it when fired could look, you know. A little Dragon Pulse?)
Anyways, I think It’s basically and improvement of Dragon Breath, but has only a 6 tile Line. And as far as I’m concerned, Dragon Breath has… 7? I think It’s longer anyways.
Not to mention that Dragon Breath also has 7PP more than Dragon Pulse.
Anyways, I think that Dragon Pulse should atleast have a 8 Line. Its not really much of a big change, but I think it is kind of necessary.

He told me that moves such as Flamethrower and Ice Beam have around a 10 Line. For moves that have 95 base power, I think that Dragon Pulse does really need to have an improvement to 20PP.
