{dragonfall.} Roleplay

<sign-up here.>

[ The RP starts at the time when the sacrifice is being made. It serves as an introduction, really. ]

Gemini stood at the very back of the room, watching the crowd. The white dragon sat on the northwest side of the room, and the guillotine stood on the northeast. They were going to sacrifice him…

She sighed. It was for the better. But then again, even if the dragons actually can stop Dragonfall, how can they do so if they were locked up in a cell? It didn’t make sense. Nothing made sense here.

The Flaaffy looked at all the other dragonkeepers, plus some others, then she looked back at the white dragon. Just a few more moments now.

Burdock watched as they prepared to sacrifice the white dragon. Typical, he thought, growling a bit, they make our lives harder by killing the nice one so they’ll have to kill the mean one within a few days. He was burning on the inside, but he wouldn’t, no couldn’t let loose now…they might sacrifice the other dragon as well if he did that.

“Sorry I couldn’t do more for ya…”

Genevieve makes herself watch as the blade came down. She finally looks away, wondering what is right or wrong anymore. The Lilligant silently congratulates herself on not crying. She was getting used to the white dragon too…

[i feel like im doing something wrong lol

also shes kinda new? idk i dont really know the setting that well enough to properly construct this thing]

Shade started at the beautiful dragon.

'Whats the point in this sacrifice? They have no effect in the future…’ Shade thought looking away and slowly walked to the very back of the area. This sacrifice made her sad. She always knew things didn’t deserve to die without a good reason. She didn’t even know the reason for this.

'Is there even a point to this?’ Shade whispered to herself as tears of sadness filled her eyes, and left to the ground.

[GUYS I SCREWED UP THE WHITE DRAGON ISNT KILLED YET SO JUST IGNORE ME]

The Shaymin started scratching behind his navy blue flower, as if in response to the pent up anger he was feeling. A creeping feeling, akin to the one you’d get if you thought someone was spying on you, washed over the Shaymin, but he brushed it off. Silly Burdock, it’s a room packed full of Pokemon. AND you’re a legendary. Of course someone would be watching you…

He had no clue of the Joltik-sized tan lizard in the rafters, flapping its tri-colored dragon wings, Orange at the base, purple in the center, and yellow at the “tips”. The lizard looked at the white dragon sadly, as if it was a companion to the small creature…

[Only Rira knows who this lizard is. You’ll meet the lizard later…Maybe.]

Anora was devastated. As a dragon keeper, it was her job to look after the dragons with her fellow dragon keepers. She sat, bawling her eyes out, both sad and angry that they’d have to sacrifice the beautiful white dragon. Due to her bad memory, Anora didn’t remember why they were doing this, which in turn made her feel worse. She looked at the other Pokemon that were there, tears making her vision fuzzy.

(sorry for the crappy post. I wasn’t too sure how to come in.)

Darrian watched silently; half in awe, half in disgust. It’s just not right to kill this dragon, no matter what happened. True, he was a dragon hunter, but not to kill. He has made friends with a few dragons, and they are his whole practical mean of life. It’s just not right, it’s just not right!

Gemini looked up. It was time.

The dragon writhed as its neck was trapped in the hole. A rope held the blade up, and a guard with an axe stood next to the rope.

The Flaaffy shuddered. She heard the guard lift the axe, slice the rope, and let the blade descend quickly.

She looked away. No…

“…Oh Arceus…no.” Burdock slowly walked off, tears forming at the sides of his eyes.

In the rafters, the tiny lizard made a screaming sound, as if it was mourning the death of the white dragon.

Darrian’s eyes welled up with tears waiting to come out. But he instead screamed as loud as he could; half at the executioner, half at himself. He dared not to look away however, he felt obligated to keep watching somehow.

Anoralia cried loudly as the blade decended upon the dragon. Looking away, the shinx promised herself not to forget this day. She was sure she’d never forget the day they were forced to sacrifice the beautiful dragon, even with her short term memory. She stood up and walked over to The Flaafy named Gemini and place a paw on her arm.
