Hm… I would personally say Oogie-Boogie in Kingdom Hearts II, I did critical mode (equivalent of Master mode) and didn’t get hurt… ONCE >_>
Gogo the mime/mimic(?)from Final Fantasy 5… Is arguably one of the easiest bosses there is. All you have to do is sit there and wait… And then you’ve won the battle.

I’d have to say all final bosses were far too easy for me. I’m not sure about everyone else, but I’m always over leveled by then. Jack Crowley, Van Grants, Darkrai / Posse, Nyx. I can name more.
