I like my sounds on and it gets so annoying when clapping, voices, and moves are spammed btwn rounds, before the gate is opened, and before staff say “go”.
While i could turn them off, i don’t like silence. Please disable the usage of these on event maps.

Nonetheless I agree that there should 100% be an emote / movespam disability in specific areas of the event hub and the Capture the Flag lobby. It is infuriating, and jailing people obviously isn’t enough and has had the events shortened because of it. Highly beneficial for everyone.
A little of both. The suggestion part is to get others on board. Telling them what to do is a guideline to putting a stop to it. From what i’ve heard, it’s been taken care of but i highly doubt it.
I get the point of suggesting that emote and move spam to be disabled in events is fine.
Though the point you throw it across sounds very demanding. along with the ‘i doubt X is done’ at the last reply there.
No offense, but that in my eyes would make it your suggestion will be looked over quicker if anything due to the tone.
As said, i do agree though that move spamming/emote spamming should be disabled in events, mainly cause it leads to chaotic moments where the host also gets discouraged from even doing a event. remember. they are sacrificing their own time to host an event. We mainly should be glad we even get events at all as its entirely possible for staff to say to cancel an event too.

To be honest I rarely ever use emotes when online but I have seen the occasional move spammer and it’s just a new player usually.
