Extinction [RP]

“Meeeew!” eeped Himitus, as she was grabbed by the Suicune, Being lifted through the air and placed on his back. the force of the sudden grab caused her to back to her normal form (mew.).

“Oh, uhm… hi Suicune. sorry… i wasn’t expecting a response like that…” She said to him, now kind of ashamed, feeling as if she had caused some inconvenience for Suicune, since he was probably somewhat busy.

OOC: … was that guy shooting at me? o-o
how would he find out? :O

The small wooden door of the clock flew open and the bird started chirping. It struck midnight and the blankets in the basement shuffled once more. Crimson eyes glared out, glimmering in the darkness. Garamond rose up and stretched out on the cold concrete. Digging through the mass of soft, colorful and warm blankets, he searched for one thing to wear for this special occasion.

Tonight was the night for a night raid. Garamond gave a toothy smile in joy as he found his black cloak.

". . . ! "

Using the secret knowledge of hiding as a human, Garamond disguised himself as one for his night raid. He still had the powers of his Pokemon form and the movement of it, but if he got hurt, his guise would be ruined. He pulled on some black pants and a black shirt. Then he pulled on the blank cloak. He would blend into the darkness like a tiger blends into the tall grass.

Garamond silently walked out of the front door and slid into a nearby alley way. There was nobody to be seen on the streets. Only the occasional cars passed by. Bare feet made a fast and quiet thumping noise on the sides of the buildings as Garamond leapt to the roof. There he could freely leap across. The moon was hidden behind the clouds but it gave away a little bit of light.

His intended target tonight was the house of a known anti - Pokemon supporter. Silently, Garamond leapt across the roofs unnoticed. The wind shifted and Garamond took a different path so he couldn’t be scented out. When Garamond arrived at the house, he scanned his surroundings and observed the area. There were a few guards patrolling the building and they had dogs with them. German Shepards, Garamond believed. They looked ferocious and strong. He hoped for the best on this one.

Lighting up a ball of grass with his Flamethrower, Garamond threw it at the guards to get their attention away from him. He slipped away silently into the building in the darkness. . .

OOC// The hunter was investigating the appearance of Zekrom, then saw this girl, became suspicious, then his dog (Black Labrador) started acting oddly aggresive. This kind of hinted you were a Pokemon, most animals don’t react well to them.

Suicune stopped, diving into an alleyway and using the bins to leapt onto the roof of a warehouse.

He dropped the mew and tried to recover his breath. “What are you doing here? Why-”
He had to stop to catch his breath.
“What was that thing you did?” His paws were spread wide, running all the way here from Ecruteak hat it’s toll.
Suicune had never run this far before…well, not since the first anti-pokemon movement…then Raikou’s capture.

He began to wonder whether humans were actually worth trusting at all.

“I didn’t know Nick had it in his soul to be compassionate.” Richard joked as he made his way through the shelves of objects trying to search for gauze or wraps. Mika had decided to become a Doctor, and Richard was her assistant. Like usual, he played along.

“Nick-senpai does too care!” She replied, defending Nick with a fiery passion. She began examining the unconicious Volcarona. “I wonder what happened to him…or who he is. But…” She pointed her finger at Richard. “Assistant! He’s losing alot of blood!”

Richard stopped fooling around and decided to pretend to be serious. He finally found a piece of guaze behind the flowered vase (where did this come from again?) and tossed it to Mika. Mika, immediately began unrolling the gauze and struggled to get it tied around the Volcarona.

Richard let out a laugh as he went over and took the gauze from Mika. “Doctor Richard-kun has just stepped in.” With Mika’s help, the two was finally able to patch up the Volcarona.

Screaming, screaming, shouting…then more screaming.

The echoes of the town were far behind him, but the people cursed his mind and soul. He could hear them, beckoning him, daring him to run, calling him a coward, calling him weak.

The floor was hard and his body was weak. He had been walking for who knows how long and the heat was immense. Naturally he was able to resist this temperature, but the stuffiness of the air got to him fast. He became agitated, but he was too tired to do much about it.

There were screams and shouts in his head once more. They never seemed to stop, they never quietened, they only grew louder.

They never die.

Helios moaned as he slowly woke up. His head was heavy and his eyelids felt as if they had been pinned together.
He winced at the pain in his side, slowly moving his head from one side to the other. He held his breath, slowly breathing in and out when he needed to. It only hurt more, if only he could just stop breathing. Maybe it would have hurt less. Unfortunately that was out of the question if you valued your life.

He slowly opened his eyes, shutting them whenever the pain was too much for him…which was a lot of the time.
He relayed the past in his head, trying to think of where the wound had come from. Nothing aided him in his thoughts.

Garamond silently walked around the building just to get a feel for it. The guards were outside tackling the small flame, and the security had been dramatically decreased. There were guards outside some rooms though, Garamond saw two guards standing vigilantly outside a door. Something interesting and precious had to behind there. Hopefully it was the Anti Pokemon activist.

With a silent ambush, the two guards collapsed to the floor unconscious. Garamond smirked in satisfaction as they collapsed in a heap. He took one of the security passes from one of the guards and took his uniform. He tucked in his other clothes so they wouldn’t show. Now dressed as a guard, he unlocked the door to the guarded room and found himself wrong.

There was no private quarters, but a lab. There were buzzing machines with lights flashing and there was a curtain covering a cage in the background. There was a door that led to another room and the lights were lit in there. Garamond didn’t dare to go through the door in fear of being caught. Intrigued, Garamond quietly walked towards the cage then pushed away the curtains.

The security pass quietly clattered to the floor as Garamond gaped in awe. A Jolteon, but this wasn’t any Jolteon. It was his old friend, Hikaru of the Sparkling Light. Their clans had been allies long ago until both were nearly destroyed. Hikaru was the only known one to be living.

Hikaru sniffed the air as he slowly woke up. There was a familiar smell, and when he opened his eyes, he saw a friend. His long lost friend, Garamond of the Rumbling Clouds.

“Garamond,” Hikaru whispered. "Get me out - - "

The door to the lab burst open and five guards took out their guns and walked in calmly.

“We know you’re there unknown Pokemon! Surrender yourself or die!”

Garamond slipped on top of the cage quietly and then hung on the ceiling hidden by the curtains. He knew his friend could keep him a secret, but there was one thing he didn’t see coming.

“Nrrgh!” Hikaru grunted in pain. A current of electricity shot through his arm. Then he blacked out. All he heard was the screaming of Garamond and the sound of broken glass.

Kemerd stood in the shadow of a tree, examining the suicune and the mew with his extensive blue eyes. He watched their fluid movements as they talked, and he wondered why would pokemon show themselves, even if they did think they were alone. Kemerd jumped out of the cool shadow of the orchard tree, the cool breeze wipping his brown hair around. “Be careful. Somebody might see you.” The young man said, cautiously throwing his soothing voice.

OOC: Ok. Time to get back on reviving this RP. D:<

As he came to his senses, Garamond’s eyes slowly fluttered open. He was in the forest, under the roots of a large tree. It was cold and damp like the basement, but it was full of new and unfamiliar scents. Curious, Garamond started to get up but his his head and grunted because of the tremendous pain that raced through the rest of his body. Tired, he lay down once more on his side. His fur was in poor condition as well as his overall health.

Garamond’s head throbbed and at times, his breathing came in short gasps for air. His fur was covered in sweat but he felt so cold as if he were hit by a Froslass’ Blizzard. On top of that, his legs and back were blood red from the bullets that he took escaping that cruel facility. The remains of the window that he leapt through were scattered around him.

He was in this state only because of his best friend, Hikaru. The flames of hatred burned deep inside Garamond’s heart. Hikaru wouldn’t ever turn on him and he was forced to attack Garamond against his will. The collar like object that he wore controlled his mind.

What a terrible situation. I shouldn’t be regretting my life, Garamond thought to himself.

The world is such a cruel place.

“Gotcha!” Max said shooting a Little Red haired Girl with a water gun.
The small Girl laughed and they played around the lake.
Max slipped at the waters edge falling into the lake,
the small girl laughed,
“Help me out Ariana” Max said while swimming to the waters edge.
Ariana put one hand out and pulled Max to the waters edge,
she smiled and looked at him
“what?” Max said with a confused look upon his face
“nothing” she replied before running inside.
Max was left alone at the waters edge, he stood up and went over to a tree , he sat down and looked at the water gun ‘Max, our little fighter’ was ingraved on the side, Max’s shut his eyes tightly remembering the past

I failed. xD

There’s a sign up post, didn’t you know that?

Ooc// I was gonna make a post then I thought, meh may as well. Accidentally posted them in the wrong threads it turns out. Haha. I did notice it, but this stupid (netbook) is slow. Thx for pointing it out anyway.

Helios woke up in a start. His wings were drenched and cold. He fluttered them slightly, but they fell heavily like wet cloths over his back. He moaned in pain as he managed to roll over slightly, onto his front. His body flickered in light, he tried to transform, but he couldn’t. He was stuck in this position for a while, unaware of where he was, until he managed to get a slight whiff of it. A damp, earthy smell.

Light clawed at his eyes as he slowly cracked open his eye lids. It smelt like dirt. He turned his head to see two figures beside him. his vision was blurry, he couldn’t quite make out what they were.
He coughed, spluttering out blood.

He muttered curses under his breath, how or why he was injured passed over his mind. All he was thinking about now was how to get out. Sadly he could barely move himself, only shuffle somewhat aside.
Blood trickled from his mouth, all he could think about now was staying alive.

He wasn’t sure if the creatures he saw were imaginary illusions, or whether they were in fact real. He couldn’t ponder over that too though.

Breath in. Breath out. Breath in. Breath out.

Entei was choking on his fish by time Raikou finally sat down for dinner.
He finally swallowed down his food and spluttered out his complaints to the boy.
“What time do you call this?” He said, his voice holding it’s natural echo.
]“Uhh.” Raika looked down at his wrist watch.
“Don’t be smart with me boy.” The lion like Pokemon spat out his words in such a manner that he may as well have been shouting.
“What? Not like it’s hurtin’ ya.”

Entei looked down and shook his head.
“What’s up with you then?” Raika sat down on the bamboo mat. Their home was much like that of the typical Japanese themed home…for somewhat obvious reasons.

The fire type didn’t reply, he just shook his head, scratching the area behind his ears.
“What? You ignoring me too now!?” Raika shot up, startling Entei somewhat.“Boy, calm down.”
"I am not just a boy! And don’t you tell me to calm down! You’re not my father!"Entei rumbled as he stood up, the smoke like trails wavered behind him. He watched as Raika stormed out.

“Why is everyone keeping secrets from me huh?! You and him! Secrets and lies! It’s all secrets and lies!” He transformed into his beast form, bounding away to the direction Suicune was. He knew he was there, he could sense it.
Entei growled and walked back inside, the door shut soundly behind him. The wind was getting worse.

Chris hid quietly behind the building, around the corner was the heavy growls of the Pokemon.
Sera growled by his side, her fur on end, her tail high ready to strike.
He wanted to pet her, but there was no time.

A Conkeldurr was around the side. It roared angrily, slamming it’s fists into the building. The attack was unprovoked, but considering all that was going on, no-one was surprised.

Chris jumped and rolled behind another building. It was like a maze, branches of alleyways leading one after the other. Luckily they were all straight. Unluckily, they were all straight.

Sera followed him, knowing his every move. The Mightyena’s claws shone under her black pelt.
The Conkeldurr found them. It roared.
Chris gasped and yell backwards.
Sera walked back slightly, barking at the Pokemon. A bark, like a regular dog. Just a bark.

Chris got to his feet and ran, dodging the rocks the fighting type had thrown.
He tripped…again. He landed with a thud and moaned. The Conkeldurr readied another Rock.

Sera leapt forward, grabbing one of it’s arms in her fangs Crushing down with a Bite attack.
The Conkeldurr delivered a powerful blow to her head.
The Mightyena let go, stumbled around, then fell. She was badly injured by the direct blow.

“Sera!” Chris’ heart sank.
He jumped up into a dustbin to dodge the Conkeldurr’s punch. He jumped over the Pokemon and ran to his Mightyena.

“Sera, are you OK?”
“Rrraa.” She growled, she was injured.
“I’m sorry girl.” The Conkeldurr was chasing him.
“I’ll be back.” He said, patting her neck.

He was gone. The Pokemon followed.
Sera struggled, but she stood.
Chris

There was silence…silence…there was a gunshot.
Chris!
