Family items.

Hello,

im making this thread for everyone mainly.

theres certain family items who’s effects aren’t as great in pmu…

for example. one of milotic’s items in the swap shop allows the enemy to drop MORE money.

seeing as the items spawn more on the floor than on a enemy, ill suggest two DIFFERENT suggestions on fixing it.

  1. If Milotic is used, and travels to the next floor. Money spawns more then other items.

  2. upon picking the money up, it will be increased by a certain percentage.

now its sounds like it would be abused but The family item was originally SUPPOSE to increase the money amount a enemy drops. Milotic only has 2 family items from the swap shop, one that heals when hit my electric attacks and a money making item. unless staff wanna change its effect to something else.

NOTE: if it does work can you please tell me its effect? I haven’t noticed a change in anything when its in the bag.

P.S. if you know a family item that needs a effect, because its useless right now. feel free to post about it.

Well, we probably shouldn’t use this. The reason why is simply because of parties. If you bring in a Milotic with this item, you’d be reducing the chance of other players finding the items they might want. Of course, we could always avoid this issue by planning ahead of time, but overall, it’s not worth it considering that the amount of poke dropped in dungeons is usually less than the value of the other items that appear.

This one, I approve of. As long as the certain percentage is a reasonable amount. It probably shouldn’t stack with additional Milotics wearing this item either, unless the increase was by a small percent.

kecleon’s, chingling’s, lickitung’s, and ditto’s increases the amount of kecleon shops in dungeons

swablu’s prevents stat drops, which aren’t a thing in this game

cubone’s and remoraid’s gives long toss status but we can’t throw stuff so

smeargle’s, Natu’s, Kangashkan’s, Phanpy’s, and Doduo’s increases SR rate, which probably is a thing but I’m listing it here just in case it doesn’t work

zigzagoon’s and aipom’s increase pickup rate, but I’m not sure if this works either so I’m listing it here anyway

Illumise, Spinda, Igglybuff, Riolu, Cleffa, Happiny, and Wynaut’s all increase box drop rates(not sure if this works either so I’m listing it here anyway)

feebas’s as you said, along with spoink’s and volbeat’s(not sure if this works either so I’m listing it here anyway) increases poke drop rate

pidgey’s, mudkip’s, diglett’s, scyther’s, and drifloon’s protects against thrown items

shieldon’s and kakuna’s make thrown items fail and bounce back at the pokemon

there’s probably some more stuff, but this is stuff I’ve found

  1. Don’t work.
  2. Stat drops are a thing.
  3. Longtoss status in PMU is supposed to work with sticks and the like.
  4. Neither this…
  5. …nor that.
  6. Nope.
  7. No.
  8. Should deflect sticks.
  9. Same as above.

if you guys have any good suggestions for the effects of these items feel free to say.
