Found 2 Bugs regarding Moves/interactions with Headlong Rush and Aqua Cutter

So Two things I found out:
1)Headlong rush isn’t boosted by Power glove when it should be
2) Aqua Cutter isn’t being boosted by Sharpness

Aqua Cutter isn’t boosted by Sharpness, you mean.
