I’d just thought of this when I saw this thread, anyway, here’s my suggestion.
Guilds are truthfully, a little bland at the moment, so here’s an idea to spruce up the fun of guilds a little.
Like the title suggests, how about a team base that only members of your guild can enter?
The owner(s) of a guild can edit (Maybe they first have to purchase it?) the team base, when you go to the housing district, you will see this option when you go on the stairs, (It will obviously only work if you are in a guild) You can click it to go to your team’s base. So as you can deduct from that, only members of the guild can enter that guild’s base.
To understand what I’m saying, this is pretty much crucial to see.
A guild creator could call over Guild Chat; “Meeting in the team base!” And everyone in the guild can go over to the housing district and visit the base, and possibly discuss how they are going to spam town with “/pichu!”
If you don’t understand something, please ask so I can clear it up for you!~
I’d also love to hear any reasons why you think this is a silly idea!
Oh that reminds me, please don’t say; “If a guild wants a base, they can just make an account called GUILD NAME”
No one wants to go through that tutorial just to make a base, and it is much more convenient to edit it, no having to swap accounts just to change one incorrect block tile.
I’ll have to agree. I mean, it’s such a pain to change accounts, and do stuff. It’s not convenient at all. In the past, guild bases were buffed (Bun Bun Army, if I remember correctly) but now that doesn’t happen any more. I don’t suppose this will be too difficult to adjust to. Yes, we can create other accounts, but it’s not the same. “Cereal Elemonator’s house” is what my guild base sounds like. It’s not that weird, but I think that guild bases will greatly help us to make the game interesting, thrilling and captivating. A somewhat similar suggestion was given before, and people agreed, however this suggestion explains really clearly, the entire structure.
Well, honestly, the guild feature of PMU is what truly amazes me. It’s one of those many things that PMD does not have, yet PMU brings out the best of it; like other MMOs. So, in my opinion, I guess this could be implemented. It may not be on top of the priority list, but a few tweaks here and there, a few changes help to keep the community alive. It’s not much, but it’s worth a shot.
I kind of completely agree. Guilds need something useful. :/ Maybe if your a guild leader and as your about to enter a house, it has a category thing called ‘‘guild base’’ or something. After that name and decorate it, etc. I really like this idea and I hope it’s used in the game. Full support.
Errr, how about when someone is editing the house, and you’re there, it says 'Guild base is currently being edited by another leader, please wait" (Or possibly the name, if possible) That sounds okay, I guess. This can prevent glitches, and misunderstandings!
The topic of Guild Bases is not exactly a new one. They were present in PMU6 and people have been suggesting that they get re-introduced to PMU for a while. And I totally agree, its an awesome feature and adds a new aspect to guilds.
Things I like:

[li]Bases would not be given, they would have to be purchased.[/li]
[li]Only members can enter the base. (We actually used to have an attribute called a guild block)[/li]

I think with any suggestion though, the more details the better. Such as the logistics of how everything will work.
[ul][li]Price - Maybe around $60k[/li]
[li]Size - A minimum of 25x25 and expansion would be identical to house expansions[/li]
[li]/editbase - Same as /edithouse, but allows other leaders to edit at the same time.[/li]
[li]Location - maybe purchase the base through the Tanren housing center.[/li]
[li]Name - “Guild name” Base[/ul][/li](I would also say add sections to a base or warps, but I think that would take too much programming)
The main reason this has not been implemented yet, is because of the time it would take to implement it. Its not high priority at the moment. But thanks for the suggestion, hopefully it can be implemented in the near future.
Crowned Lunars did this we made a new account and gave anyone trustworthy enough in our guild the password and account name so we could edit it i dontthink a guild base is necessary
