I call for a remake of Hoenn like HG/SS with all 5 generations of Pokemon and the new features of the DS for the DS! (No 3DS I hope!) Come on Hoenn was AWESOME! Who wouldn’t want this?
It’s more than likely going to be the next set of games to be released.
Considering The pattern has been like this;
Gen 1
Gen 2
Gen 3
Gen 1 remakes
Gen 4
Gen 2 remakes
Gen 5
So yeah, one would assume that the pattern would continue like this
Gen 3 remakes
Gen 6
Gen 4 remakes
Gen 7
Gen 5 remakes
Of course it takes them around a year to release each set of games.
So expect the gen 3 remakes next april… ish.

Hmm. I probably hope the opposite. I have a 3DS, and I’d love to try out a real 3D Pokemon game xD; But, it would be nice if there was both DS versions ;o
I read somewhere that Game Freak was done with Generation 5 and was going to focus on Generation 6 for 3DS.
It’s obviously gonna be on the 3DS to boost its sales and cause it is the newer hand-held system.
It would be unfair just on 3DS, cause people like Jake (I think he has regular DS) would have to get an upgrade. So the next few games might actually be on both.
But Also They’re Most likely to make the Third game before 3rd Gen Remakes.

Gen3: Ruby,Sapphire,Emerald
Gen1 Remakes: Firered, LeafGreen
Gen4: Diamond,Pearl, Platinum

Gen3 reamakes: ?ruby, ?Sapphire (? mean what ever is Before Ruby/sapphire. Due to the rule of A word before the versions name Ex. FIREred LEAFgreen.)
I have a DS Lite. I didn’t even feel the need of getting a DSi. The last game I ever purchased was SoulSilver and Black was given by a friend, I don’t see myself buying any games other then the 3rd gen remakes or the third PMD game and maybe the 6th gen game from now on so buying a new system would be an epic waste!
