[b][i]Well, first things first. Lets start with the pokemon that isn’t obtainable which is Horsea. Well, i believe that horsea should be a recruitable NPC, for the following reasons:
We need some excitement, so why not have Horsea as a distraction for little more time for dungeon mapping or something?
Also, It’s theme fits the Southern sea theme. it’s perfect for southern sea. Maybe Horsea could spawn as rare as a Chinchou. Wouldn’t be too bad am i right? Maybe a specific spawn time also. (Example: Dusk,Dawn,).
Last but not least, It’s not an overused pokemon, nor it is a uber pokemon. Horsea would be a great pokemon at the moment to achieve. Dragon scale could be released at some later time in the game.
Now, for Beauty scarf. I know i know, it’s a very rare item. But maybe TOO Rare. First of all, we know the dungeon and location for beauty scarf, but what floors specifically? Which secret room? 74+? 50+? which one? Maybe, instead of the item being reduced for the chance of it spawning, maybe it’s better to increase the Secret room rate chance just a little bit Higher. The item is valuable and rare, but let’s not make it sooooo rare that no1 will ever have a chance of getting the item. Milotic is a rare pokemon, Beauty scarf i agree it should be rare, but i just want the secret room chance increased. Alot of us would love to see the secret room chance increased. I agree with what Yang says Horsea isn’t overused and Beauty scarf should be a little more common then before
But It’s not fun without prizes. If we had nothing super special, wouldn’t that make it like, “Oh! Horsea’s so easy. I can get it anyway. Now I’m so bored I want a Groudon”?
Er…Horsea would be OU due to a LOT of people liking Kingdra…its also a rather good pokemon.
And I think the Beauty Scarves are fine where they are, honestly…it should be very, very hard to get a Milotic, they have good defensive stats and good offense…Basically, pretty strong, and it could even be the next Garchomp/Dragonite/Metagross/Flygon, I think…
But what’s a game with prizes? If we had Pokemon requests and they were added all the time, it would be boring and players would keep requesting.
And the beauty scarf, Isn’t it rare for a reason? Feebas is rare itself and if beauty scarfs were like moon stones, that’s way too easy.
Sometimes It’s better to wait and be happy. If you accomplished something as a community, like 99 players, THEN you got something, that would be reasonable. But not putting it right away would it?
I think i’ll agree with the Horsea idea cos i mean… whats a SEA without HORSEA (no pun intended) beauty scarves aren’t that important as it is exclusive to one pokemon and the pokemon its exclusive to is already rare enough maybe it would be an idea to make SR’s a tiny bit more common… but i a more fussed about having horsea than beauty scarf lol :D

milotic is supposed to be extremly rare, if beauty scarf is increased the number of milotic would increase, besides harmonic tower secret rooms hold more then just beauty scarfs

Ok yea I agree with yang because Theres tons of request for pokemon But none ever get fufilled to somones likings. Also Im really not rave-crazy about feebas/milotic tbh so maybe there could be Feebas AND horsea for the non-feebas likers(1/999 chance this is gonna happen,doesnt hurt to try). Secret rooms seem at a well spawn rate because 2 players got a link cable in one day from a deluxe box in ht >.>… I can say it would not be fun to see Milotic filling the town/arenas. I half agree with this :|
By secret room’s, i mainly suggested the one’s in 50+ -74. Those are rare. And my suggestion is to increase the finding rate of it. Beauty scarf could remain how it is in the box. rare. I ment specifically on the ROOM, not the item itself. As for horsea, Seadra should be the only max evolution atm if it was released.
Pokemon are coming slowly as you already see, plus expanding the rate of SRs showing up doesn’t live to It’s name.
Except, thanks to Kingdra being popular there’s going to be Seadras everywhere waiting to evolve, then when Dragon Scale comes out, Kingdras will be everywhere…

Horsea can be saved for another sea dungeon I think, to be honest. As for secret rooms, they’re meant to be hard to find. I think that Milotic seems a little too hard to get, but it is that way in the games…
