I really don’t know where else to put this.
Well, in school I learned to use Photoshop Elements 12 in class. The problem is because of that I am very confused if I try to use GIMP since it doesn’t look at all like Photoshop._. So does anyone know how to make the GIMP interface look more like the one in Photoshop?
Try looking at this article to make GIMP work like Photoshop. But, if you don’t want to go through many steps and just download another thing to your computer, then I recommend GIMPShop to make it look and work like Photoshop. Hope this helps! :)
I tried GIMPShop some time ago but it looked just like GIMP._.
I’ll use the article, thanks!
I don’t know if anyone knows, but every so often, when Adobe updates their products, they will release a considerably older version for free, for everyone.
You can get the whole Adobe CS2 Suite here: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?loc=en&e=cs2_downloads
And in case that doesn’t work, someone has collected and organized the downloads + serials.
If you’re okay with working with Photoshop CS2, then you should give this a shot!
I looked around a few websites and apparently downloading Photoshop Creative Suite 2 is illegal unless you have bought a version of it. Adobe only put that up since they didn’t stopped hosting the servers for the serial codes. CS2 is fairly outdated so they chose to do nothing about it._.
Anyway, good luck with GIMPShop if you’re planning to use that. If not, just give GIMP a few tries. It may take a little while to get used to the layout, but I’m sure it won’t be too hard.
