Hey guys! It’s Snow! Anyway, this guide will be telling you how to evolve.
Go on bulbapedia, check your Pokemon and make sure you are at the level when you need to evolve. If you need to evolve with a stone…well, that’s a different matter.
Alright! So anyway, go to Cliffside Cave (25+) and get an Engraved Tablet, which could be accessed by defeating Golem and pressing the blue sparkle on the wall.
When you got your tablet, give up (Command /giveup) to either Inn or Crossroads. Now, go to the same path you went to Cliffside, but when you get to the Y shaped path, go to the LEFT side. Keep following the path and go up the stairs. Go up to the blue sparkle, the very same blue sparkle you saw in Cliffside. Now press enter and it will say something like this;

The Tablet is reacting to the wall!
Eventually, you will get to Luminous Chamber. Anyway, you need to have the Engraved Tablet in your bag, or else you can’t get in. :< If you need to evolve with a Stone (especially for Eevee, lol) or item, make sure its in your bag. Keep going up with NO TURNS. And that’s it! You evolved! Just make sure to change the Pokemon’s name, lol.

Flareon: Fire Stone (Sauna)
Espeon: Sun Ribbon (SORRY, HC.)
Vaporeon (my favorite ^^): Water Stone (Sauna)
Umbreon: Lunar Ribbon (See Espeon)
Leafeon: Moss Rock (AGAIN, HC)
Glaceon: Frozen Rock (HC)
Jolteon (my LEAST favorite): Thundah Stone! (Thunderstorm Secret Stairs, or get someone to sell it to you :/)

And where do you get Leaf/Shiny/Dusk/Dawn/Oval Stones, King’s Rock, Metal Coat, Deepseatooth/scale, Protector, Reaper’s Cloth, Upgrade, Dubious Disk, Corona Rock, and all that other good stuff?
My order of favoriteness for Eeveelutions, at least for this game:
Vaporeon: Water type, high HP, good defences, good Sp. Atk. Plus Hydration for my rain team.
Espeon: Fast, great Sp. Atk, good moves
Jolteon: Very fast, good Sp. Atk, cool-looking, diverse moves (though a lot are physical…)
Umbreon: Very defensively good, although slow. Good defensive moveset.
Leafeon: Good attack and defense, decent on a sun team with Leaf Guard/Chlorophyll.
Glaceon: Good Sp. Atk, but pretty fragile. Decent on a hail team, I guess.
Flareon: Good attack, but very bad movepool… yeah.
the secret stairs are in i belive deep thunderstorm 5f. on 5f deep thunder storm or something like that ull see 2 stairs. if you go in one ull either go into a secret place or to the next floor.
