Can’t you change the time ? It means 11:30 PM for mee.

No. As I have already stated. AOEs are only allowed at a maximum of 3 x 3 tiles.
I used a voting poll for the current time. If you can get enough of the tournament entrants to agree to this time, I will change it.
1 More Question Only A Lvl 60 Or I Can I Have A Lvl 60+
If you had read the rules CLEARLY, it states that level 60 is the maximum level. You cannot have over. You CAN have under level 60 if you want, though.
