I would love to have one of these on my team as I used Riolu on my DS playthrough and am comfortable using him, so does anyone know if/where I can find one?
You can recruit Riolu in SD (Snowveil Den) which is in Winden. It’s a fairly challenging dungeon, so I would suggest stocking up. Floors 20-25, 0.5% chance of recruiting. You can find more information here.

When your new, you might stumble into a place called ‘‘Winden’’. When your at the Winden Town bit, go right, and keep following the path. ^^
However, the dungeon there is pretty difficult, so I suggest being 55+. Good luck training and getting a Riolu~

As for Riolu, there is an event called Easter Holiday Cave where you can find Riolu if I recall correctly. The only problem is that the staff team plans to cancel Holiday Cave events in the future so I don’t know whether or not they will cancel this one.
