This idea is now added. Trapped Scarves can be found in various dungeons now, which prevent movement on special tiles.

As a lookalike item to a good item, it’s intended to be a bad effect in most cases, but it has a use in certain circumstances. Much similar to how Blight Clay can be used to prevent people from waking your sleep in Grassroot town.

Yay but dont foget it would still be a bit of a challenge because now you cant equip a stamina band. Its would would be like training a gluttony pokemon with a stamina :3
