Kecleon Shop Suggestion

we all know how there are kecleon shops in dungeons in PMD. well i was thinking since the staff are trying their hardest to make PMU like PMD why not put kecleon shops in PMU dungeons?

that seems like a good idea, but…
i don’t really want that to happen, because then we would have to bring money into dungeons, witch easily adds the possibility of losing that 50k you’ve been saving to try to buy that link cable you want for your haunter. i just really don’t like that concept…

PS: i don’t actually have a haunter.

:l Making money in PMU is waay easier than in PMD, so you might be able to get a lot by the time you reach one, you can probably also sell items there and get Poke too. You don’t have to bring that much in like…players sell for 50k but it might be at a more sensible price.

Well, if you accidentally/purposly steal from Kecleon, you’re either going to be OHKO’d and lose everything you had (Like in PMD) or get to leave the dungeon with a free rare item , either making it lose it’s value or be unfair for those who got theirs the old-fashion way.

Not alot of people would be able to get Kecleon, especially with only a soothe bell alone, no matter how high your lv…

But, if you’re talking about a Kecleon shop in dungeons that you cannot steal from…
It’s either be lucky to find a Kecleon shop with what you want or die trying. Unfortunately you’re a sitting duck when trying to buy things.

This pretty much would sum up what I would have to say. Adding Kecleon shops to dungeons could mean people going and trying to steal items, potentially rare items, which would make them lose their value. Plus, honestly speaking, I would never bring money into dungeons because I rather not lose what I worked for, now would you? Plus, sure it would add Kecleons to dungeons, but they wouldn’t be the easiest thing to recruit or to defeat, and could risk anything you have in your bag, like dusts etc, and would make things easier. So, adding this idea wouldn’t be as great as some of you see it.

im actually startin to think this is a bad idea because people can take the rarest of the rare items, steal em from kecleon, and escape with escape orb. or maybe staff can make it that if u escape u lose the items u didnt pay for? maybe…

Or they could give you automatic outlaw status for stealing from kecleon shop and when you die, the items are lost no matter where they are.

Or on a comletely different note, a new kind of outlaw status could be introduced with this, being that as long as you have the stolen items in your posession, or storage, you will remain an outlaw until the items are discarded or given back to the kecleon shop.

Well, that could be abused. Also, it would be meaningless to have the ability to steal things if you’re stuck like that forever. :\

They could disable the escape orb ability,make the kecleons with max stats, with a -270 recruit rate (level 100 + soothe bell?) and make the kecleons have psychic and have a massive respawn rate.
That would be imposible unless in a party.

In PMD,you can’t escape and must either die or get to the next floor,also what the shop offered varied on dungeon(shimmer hill for example as a good chance of having a shop with rare items)
How about ‘theif’ status for the theif’s and everytime they enter a dungeon as theif kecleon spawn(unrecruitable) to defeat them in addition to reg. outlaw status things(where players can kill you for being ‘theif’ until your defeated)
