it would be kinda fun having mega evolutions in the game really! i was thinking of spriting a mega ampharos too if its a good idea!
idea for evolving into a mega
we take charizard as example:
you go to luminose cave with charizards mega stones
the cave will ask if you want to evolve into char X
if you say no, it asks if Xhar y is what you want, if you say yes, you turn into it
if you go back there while being a mega, it will ask if you want to turn back to normal form
that way you could now go back and evolve into char x if you changed your mind
I believe the staff team would implement this if they could but they don’t have the sprites for the mega evolutions since someone would have to create it first. If you want, you could also make the sprite yourself and then show it to the staff team for approval.
Yeah, there are mega stones. Someone got a Charizard X stone at a auction. Its not usable at the moment, but it’s there. I wonder how it’ll work though. Maybe you can activate it at a dungeon, and then after that no other pokemon in your team can mega evolve until the next dungeon? Not sure how it’ll work, but I’m sure they’ll try to follow the rules of Mega evolution: One pokemon can mega evolve per battle.
Personally,they should just make the Stones a 10 room charge,lasts 1 room,Wears off after the form or when you go somewhere else,Idk how that would work in arena,maybe like 10 hits in arena that Do not miss and Hit should give it a charge for each Charge hold,Plus Making mega Evolution’s Permanent would not really be a good idea,as in the Staff would need to Balance it out.
I believe that Mega Pokemon are already planned. A Mega Charizard Mega Stone has already been released, so that’s just a bit of a clue. :P
Not sure how it would work, hopefully the staff will think of a way though which is suitable and good at the same time. ~
