out of these three I like Misty the best.
reasons why:
- she’s a gym leader
- I like that she’s not timid like the other two. (especially Dawn)
- I also think it’s funny when she acts bossy.

I liked it how Misty was kind of like the the twerp version of Jessie and she 'd beat up on Ash all the time. :P Especially in Indigo League, when he was pretty much clueless and clearly needed the sense knocked into him. o.o; lolz
I never liked May though…but I’d MUCH rather have her on the show than Dawn. Flippin’ hate Dawn, and I only watched about three episodes of D/P. X3 No offense to anybody who likes her but I just…I dunno. I feel the writers merely needed someone to replace May & Max. :/

I think Misty was better overall,it was funny how both of them will argue.What I find irritating towards the other girls all of them are really whiny and ignorant well in my opinion,I kinda lost interest after the first series but I do watch the movies and a few occasional episodes.

Why well for some reason i never liked misty, She used her broken bike as an exuse to follow ash around which was wierd, even though the first season was the best, she kinnda was irritating.
As for dawn well there’s only one bad thing i can think of in dawns case…
Well… its winter you are going on a long cold drawn out adventure, and what do you wear…
a mini skirt, well have fun with that cold weather dawn, don’t get frostbite,
For May, well its obvious, the hoenn series was THE WORST pokemon game, only one thing came out of those games that we all love, and can’t live without…
And thats why i dislike them, if i HAD to chose a femal character from the pokemon series i’d chose May, I’ts not here fault that the game stunk, and besides in the anime she had a nerdy little brother…
misty she was in the origional eposdes its cool when shes bossy and shes a gym leader and knows how to train pokemon well

hmm . . . i’d have to go with dawn because she has a specific reason for traveling that doesn’t change, like may with the going from challenging gyms to the coordinator stuff. however, i have to agree with sonic about the miniskirt. that must be pretty cold in a place like snowpoint. plus, dawn has no sense of limit when packing. in the first episode of DP, she tried to bring an entire suitcase with her! however, i find the to make her even funnier. she’s my absoulute favorite.

Misty I found to be quite a lot well like a B. May was nice and I liked the Hoenn Region Shows more especially the two movies from there, Jirachi the Wishmaker and Pokemon Ranger-The Prince of the Sea Movies. Dawn I found her to be quite much like an annoyance and never really liked her. Plus you got to admit May is just better overall in appearance <.<

hate to be in the Norm but It’s Misty all the way…I’m an old fan of the show I was watching before Tracy came in and stopped for a few years before Misty even left. When I came back to the show I watched the newer stuff. I didn’t much like May but she was tolerable as for Dawn…well not so tolerable, just really annoying and with the voices changing it was extremely difficult to enjoy the show at all.
We forgot Ash!What a crime!XD

If no one noticed…They liked Misty more because they kept her for,not one…but TWO regions.
Back on track,I say Misty wins hands down,she became a Gym LEader too.
Misty. After she left, to me the Anime suffered in quality. Just my person opinion, though.
