- Some Pokemon couldn’t learn Fly in the mainline games because they couldn’t carry a trainer even though they fly. But now, since you don’t need to carry a trainer to Fly in PMU, I suggest every single flying and/or floating Pokémon learns Fly!
*Bellossom to learn Aromatherapy at level 1 alongside Vileplume.
Do you have any reason for every flying to need it though? cause by that logic every water needs surf too xD
if you say this then remove surf from rhyperior and rhydon hmmm. Don’t think going off a tangent from main stream movepool’s a good idea…
Well, I see where you’re trying to go with this, but what about your other mons in your team? 
Besides, I think it would be best if we tried to remain as close to existing movepools as possible. People use sites like Bulbapedia, Serebii, and PokemonDB to check on what moves they can use and it would introduce extra complications if we deviate from those lists.
