My Items....All Gone....

So, I logged, went to my storage to go and get something…well, I couldn’t, because all of the items in storage were all gone!!! Somehow this happened to me! Can somebody please explain to me how this happened? I am pretty ticked off! I had EVERY SINGLE HC ITEM THERE IS!!! I had several, and I mean a ton of extras! I had 11 TM Rests, and wow they magically disappeared! I want to know if any staff can recover those lost items.

I am actualy pretty annoyed by this too >:/ i spend my time getting rare items and what do i get?All my items gone D:<

I can list all items i had and see if you could do anything about it

Rocky dust (i think thats how you say it,its hard to remember the names of the dusts)

Steel dust (Seriously i have no clue how to say dust names,but i know what my dusts done)

all i can currently remember,but those special items i badly want back >< I swear i am not lying,the reason why i remember some special items because i been to HC like a few times (thats where i got those items,well the special ones) And i remember HC items and some other stuff

I have a suggestion guys.
If you want to protect your items in the future… Make sure you take screenshots of your Storage weekly…
This is done by pressing F11. It should say “Screenshot #1 Saved!”
This means it has been saved in the program files, accessed by;

screenshotslocation.png1006×57

Then, should a problem happen with your items, use an image uploading site to obtain a link.
Sites such as Tinypic, Photobucket and Imageshack are the most ideal.
This will make it much easier for admins to restore your items.
