Requirements: At least 13 years of age, and must go through a group voting of current NED members, then interviewed. Note: No member will vote yes for your acceptance if they don’t know who you are. A group vote may take up to 12-24 hours depending on what time of day you ask to join.

UPDATE:I have no plans of bringing N.E.D back to life on PMU8. Just wanted to clarify that. -KP
