No "Are you sure" prompt in starter cave after touching Pokemon before game start

Summary of Bug:
What you were doing at the time: Picking a Starter
Where you were in the game/menus: Moving around
What happened: I went to look at some starters and accidentally ran into Snivy, possibly from the back since it blended in. I was then transported out of the starter cave with no prompt.

OS/Version:
Windows 10

Expected Result:
I am told I was supposed to get a prompt to say “Yes this is the one” and then walk outside into a light or somewhere to confirm starter choice.
Actual Result:
I got no choice and the intro “Welcome to…” text played and I was dumped out next to a stump with a Buneary talking to me.
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the cave with Snivy
  2. Walk at Snivy from the side or back
  3. Bypass “Are you sure prompt” for some reason.

Any way for a mod/admin to reset my character (Maverynthia) or to teleport me back into the Starter cave?

there is no “yes or no prompt”
the are you sure is stepping on the black tile behind the starter

I hate to erm actually this kinda lol but I checked with a freshly made character earlier this month, and there is in fact no prompt whatsoever. It goes straight to the area where the Buneary tutorial starts.

Apologies for missing your previous post. While not a bug, I do agree a confirmation prompt would be great to have for the starter selection.
I’ll try looking into having this added in the near future.
